What we collect
- When you order or message us: your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address or chosen Pudo locker, and the products you order.
- When you pay: payment confirmation and reference. We never see or store your full card details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider.
- When you visit the website: anonymous usage information through Google Analytics, such as the pages you view, your device type and roughly where you are (city or country). This uses cookies.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order, including returns and warranty claims.
- To reply to your questions.
- To understand which products people are interested in and improve our website.
- To keep records required by law (for example, for tax).
We will only send you marketing messages if you ask us to, and you can opt out at any time by replying “STOP”.
Who we share it with
We only share what is needed to complete your order:
- Couriers (Pudo / The Courier Guy, Aramex): your name, phone number and delivery address or locker.
- Payment providers: to process card or instant payments.
- Google Analytics: anonymous website usage data.
We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires (generally up to 5 years for tax purposes). WhatsApp chats and other information we don't need are deleted after that.
How we protect it
Your information is kept on password-protected devices and accounts that only we can access. Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection.
Cookies
Our website uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
