Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 10–15 working days from payment. Remote areas may take a few extra days. We'll keep you updated on WhatsApp, and Pudo sends you an SMS with your collection PIN when your parcel is ready.

Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement.
Returns & refunds
Faulty or defective items: 6-month warranty
Every item comes with a 6-month warranty against defects. If an item is faulty, doesn't work as described, or isn't suitable for the purpose we told you it was for, you can return it within 6 months of delivery and choose a repair, replacement or full refund. We cover the return shipping.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Cooling-off period (online purchases)
As required by section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel an order within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories, and you pay the cost of returning it. We refund the purchase price within 30 days of receiving it back.
How to return an item
- WhatsApp us on 082 896 7775 with your name, order details and a photo or video of the item (and the fault, if any).
- We'll confirm the return and send you the return address and instructions.
- Once we receive and check the item, we'll process your replacement or refund.
Refund method
Refunds are paid back to the same account or card you paid with.
Your rights: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
