Prices
All prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and include any taxes that apply. The Find Co. is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged or shown separately. Delivery is added at checkout: Pudo locker R60 or Aramex door delivery R100.
We check our prices carefully. If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will contact you before we send your order, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Placing an order
You can order in two ways: add products to your cart and pay online at checkout, or send us a message on WhatsApp. When you pay online, you receive an order number and a confirmation email once your payment is through. We confirm every order on WhatsApp within 24 hours.
Your order is a request to buy. The contract is formed once we confirm your order. If an item is unavailable, we will let you know and refund the amount you paid for it in full.
Payment
Online payments are processed by Yoco, a South African payment provider, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You enter your card details on Yoco's secure payment page; they never touch our website and we never see or store them. For WhatsApp orders we can also send a Yoco payment link or accept EFT.
Delivery
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Most orders arrive within 10–15 working days from payment; remote areas may take a few extra days. Choose a Pudo locker (we'll WhatsApp you to confirm your nearest locker) or Aramex door-to-door delivery. Full details are in our Shipping & returns policy.
Cooling-off period
Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery without giving a reason. Return the item unused, in its original packaging with all accessories; you pay the cost of returning it. We refund the purchase price within 30 days of receiving it back.
Warranty on defects
As required by the Consumer Protection Act, every item has a 6-month warranty against defects. If an item is faulty, you may return it within 6 months of delivery and choose a repair, replacement or full refund. We cover the return shipping. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.
Refunds
Refunds are paid back to the card or account you paid with.

Your rights: Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
